I saw creatures' black shapes in the depths
Dancing, twisting, they must have been in pain
The silvery moon glow was spilling on the cold waters
I thought about the life I had left far behind
Driven forth from the life they think is beautiful
Who would have cared if I were dead or alive?
I fell asleep drowning in my thoughts
Nightmares haunted me in my restless sleep
When I opened my eyes, the boat was ashore
And then I looked around, I saw dreams had come true

Où les vagues rencontrent les sables argentés
Et la nuit semble si paisible, alors elle prétend
J'ai vu un bateau venir vers moi
Un bateau vide naviguant seul
Sur les eaux cristallines d'un bleu profond
Les eaux qui semblaient impitoyables
Et là je naviguais dans le bateau
Voyager à travers ce lac Antique sombre
J'ai vu les formes noires des créatures dans les profondeurs
Danser, se tordre, ils ont dû souffrir
La lueur argentée de la lune se répandait sur les eaux froides
J'ai pensé à la vie que j'avais laissée loin derrière
