Bonnes personnes tous, ce temps de Noël,
Pensez-y bien, et gardez à l'esprit
Ce que notre bon Dieu pour nous a fait,
En envoyant son fils belovèd.
Avec Marie Sainte nous devrions prier
À Dieu avec amour ce jour de Noël;
À Bethléem ce matin là
Il y avait un blessèd Messie né.
Près de Bethléem les bergers gardaient ils
Leurs troupeaux d'agneaux et de l'alimentation des moutons;
À qui les anges de Dieu sont apparus
Ce qui a mis les bergers dans une grande peur.
